Joe Sovell has been a broker associate with Action Buyers Resource since 2002. Joe is also a licensed auctioneer, and conducts the auctions facilitated by Action Buyer's Resource. Joe graduated from South Dakota State University in 2000 with a bachelor of science, and has been actively involved in conducting real estate listings through traditional listing services and auctions since he joined the brokerage.

Emily Sovell is the responsible broker for Action Buyers Resource and has been with the brokerage since 2002. A native of Onida, she returned home after completing her graduate and post-graduate degrees at SDSU and USD. Upon returning to the Onida area, Emily and her husband, Joe, began building their business together—forming a successful partnership both professionally and personally.

Kelli Stephens is a Northern Minnesota native, born and raised on the Iron Range. She has worked in radio broadcasting from 1995-2006, medical insurance claims processing from 2006-2013, and as a teacher’s aide/substitute at the Onida school from 2013-2015. Kelli began her working as an administrative assistant at the Action Buyer’s Resource office in 2015 and she added REAL ESTATE-BROKER ASSOCIATE to her resume on February 1, 2016. She has lived in Onida with her husband, Theron, and son, Justin, since 2013. She enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

David Richardson joined the Action Buyers Resource team in 2025 as a real estate broker. He brings extensive experience to the firm and actively serves as both an auctioneer and broker. Highly versatile, David excels in live auctions while also supporting traditional real estate listings. His strong commitment to civic involvement in the Pierre area expands valuable connections with buyers and sellers throughout central South Dakota.
